This project mainly studied the effects of freshman supplementing fluid on erythrocyte immunity and hemorheology. This research ( sprint workout) bases on continue measurement of the heart rate and RPE determination in the PE, and measurement of the body temperature, SOD activity, erythrocyte immunity index (RBC.C3bRR, RBC.ICR),hemorheology index (blood-stick degree, blood-plasma degree, erythrocyte index, HCT, fibrinogen etc.) after the PE, combining the related analysis. The purpose of this study is to offer some consult basis, guide the athletics teaching.5 ml vein blood and 20ul middle finger blood are collected from 10 male students in the rest at 5:00 P.M. a week before the test. The three test lessons were arranged at every Wednesday 3-5:00 P.M., each 80 min. Under the oneself checking against, the tests are carried out in three methods: one is without supplement from 15min before the lesson to the end; another is with supplement of cool-boiled water 200ml 15min before and 200ml every 20min in the lesson, the other is with sports drink as the former. 5 ml vein blood, 20 ul middle finger blood were collected after the lesson. The freshmen were inquired the ego felling according the RPE in the lesson every 10 min, and were measured the body temperature, the weight before and after the lesson, recorded the heart rate every minute in whole process. The results as follows:(1) The average heart rate of the PE is in the 138-140bpm. The exercise index belongs to the middle and the physiology load is between the low and the middle. RPE is between 12-15 cents. These show the physiology load intensity is fitting, and that can promote student's health, especially to the student's myocardial function.(2) The body in the in control lesson is in light dehydration state, that has certainly bad influence to human body ability. The supplementing fluid can maintain the inter-environment of relative stability, reserves a quantitative humidity inside, benefit the maintenance blood circulation and the machine spread hot, strengthen the sport ability of the machine.( 3) RBC.C3bRR of three PE decreased significantly just after exercise and RBC.ICR showed reverse change. Freshman were supplemented fluid in exercise process, there appears the erythrocyte immunity" save to turn"phenomenon. Especially the complement of sport drink can increase erythrocyte immunity function, defer the tired occurrence, and strengthen the sport ability of the human body.(4)The PE can increase the vitality of SOD, make the oxygen oxidizing system to organize cell provide the oxygen effectively. Supplementing fluid can protect the normal construction of the cell membrane, make SOD protected in vitality. Some compositions in sport drink may participate the clearance process of the harmful free radicals, make the anti-oxidizease system to get to enhance effectively. The mechanism should be studied further.(5)The blood-sticky degree and HCT have no obvious change. It explained: economy can bear the bigger work change in blood, and the blood function maintains in the normal state and for increases the oxygen with the bigger function potential.(6)The supplementing fluid improved the tiny circulation-flows environment, may reduce the RBC broken up, the erythrocyte deformability increases, extension RBC life span. The hemorheology changes, even benefiting to supply with organize oxygen and nourishment material, and metabolizing the outcome ejects. Strengthen the ability of exercises and anti-fatigue, particularly with supplement sport drink. The fibrinogen and thrombosis go up; the reason should be studied further.
