| As long as China enters the World Trade Organization, with the sustained growing economy, the requirements for education and training are growing rapidly. Nowadays training is improved to be an industry. The low threshold and high gains attract more and more enterprises to get into the training filed. During recent years, Management Training has become a very popular business. With the increasing competition, those Management Training organization without any distinctive features must be eliminated in a higher level competition in the market.This article tries to provide some measures about how to promote the competitiveness of the Management Training business efficiently in our institute through analyzing the present business in West Institute of Managers. This article also provide the people who are doing the Management Training work with reference.Firstly, this article introduces and analyses the current situation of Management Training in Sichuan province and in our country. Then it introduces the situation in the West Institute of Managers, especially summarizes some training projects with superiority. In order to reflect the requirment of Management Training authentically in our province, we made a requirment-investigation among the managers in some enterprises. After analyzing the result, we orientate the institute's aim-market. Secondly, the article emphatically discusses the developing superiority, restrains, external opportunities, external menace and competitive opponents. It provides suggestions to the flow of training and pattern as well as considering the quality of training. At last , according to the both internal and external developing conditions of the institute, it puts forward the strategic consideration and solution for development strategic thoughts which is to transform the comparative superiority into competitive superiority, in order to achieve "The Six Strategies" of West Institute of Managers and to make great strides forward.
