With the development of market economy, people’s living standard has been greatly improved, household spending on children’s education has also been growing. As a complement to the Chinese education system good extracurricular education and training industry in recent years, along with the introduction of national favor of private education macroeconomic policies and achieved great development.YE company as Yangzhou extracurricular education and training early entry into the enterprise market, currently has opened five campuses in the local market have a certain market share and better brand awareness. At the same time, competition branches and local training institutions from large chain training institutions increasingly fierce. How do I get in the fierce market competitive advantage, maintain its market share and further development and expansion, the company has become an urgent issue to be considered YE. Therefore, the strategic management theory YE undertake strategic research, development and implementation of its development strategy has a very important practical significance.Reference herein strategic management theory and model, complete study of the company’s strategy YE environmental analysis, corporate-level strategy formulation and selection, competitive strategy formulation, functional strategy formulation, strategy implementation and control. In this paper, PEST analysis, Porter’s five forces model and SWOT analysis of the company’s YE macro environment, industry environment and internal strengths and weaknesses analysis shows, YE company faces good opportunities for development, itself has certain advantages, but at the same time there is also a distinct disadvantage. How to take full advantage of the opportunity for further development of the company through its own resources and strengths, for competitive advantage, it is a strategic issue YE companies need to consider.Through SWOT analysis and strategic evaluation and selection, this paper attempts to determine the company’s level strategy YE company should be selected for intensive development strategy:on the one hand to seize the market opportunity to use their own resources and strengths to continue to open new campuses in Yangzhou region; the other hand, market competition is not fierce and have some resources quickly opened two neighboring cities campuses. With this two-step development strategy, YE companies should obtain a larger market share and to further expand the scale. This paper attempts to determine simultaneously YE company should choose a competitive strategy for the differentiation strategy:Yangzhou market by segments currently one of the most popular training courses, strengthen neglected small class courses, and train more effectively to meet the target customers, in order to gain a competitive advantage. Finally, to meet the needs of specific company-level strategy and competitive strategy, marketing and human resources from both the functions of specific research in the development of the strategy, combined with improving the incentive mechanism, strengthen strategic managers to ensure the implementation of the strategy and other aspects of literacy, as well as through the establishment of control systems and performance evaluation standards and strengthening strategic control.Through the use of strategic management research model and their own work experience, the purpose is to explore and establish strategic mode can help and guide the company’s competitive YE extracurricular education and training and development, and provide reference for similar training institutions.
