This paper takes the development strategy of Ember education group as the object of study,focuses on the analysis of A Training Company currently facing fierce market competition pressure,internal pressure,the reform of enterprise transformation pressure,discusses how to face the policy adjustment,the change of political environment,industry competition,internationalization,opportunities and challenges such as enterprise's management strategy adjustment actively,looking for market the opportunity,exert the advantage,overcome their own weaknesses,formulate new enterprise development direction and development strategy.The external environment for A Training Company,macro political and economic background of the times,the development of the industry and market competition of enterprises and A Training Company' internal conditions two aspects,analyzes the comprehensive,objective,subjective and objective obtained embonate survival environment and condition factor.Using SWOT strategic analysis theory,the status quo embonate education group from three aspects analyzes the present situation of education and training industry,ember education group development environment,the present stage embonate education group development strategy,from A Training Company's main strategic objectives,ein education group development strategy,the principle of determining the ember education group SWOT analysis,the main competitors,ember education group development strategy,the development of security strategy in six aspects of the development strategy is studied,demonstrating embonate market development strategic orientation,determine the A Training Company' development strategy,so as to formulate a long-term development strategy of ensuring embonate.The study results manifested that A Training Company can not realize the strategic targetor achieve a great development and progress without following these steps: enhance its advantages and avoid its disadvantages;make product development strategy which are suitable to the market demand;develop network education platforms to meet the requirements of times;adapt brand accumulation strategy and speed up the introduction and training of talents;explore tactics of high quality teaching,scientific research,and the publishing of excellent teaching materials;Further optimize the management of staffs and make the leadership better-educated,younger,and more professional;continue to conduct the reform to separate stock rights and management rights;attract a large number of education management talents into the company;at last,seize market opportunities.The value of this paper lies in that it gave an objective and comprehensive analysis on A Training Company' subsistence and development environment and conditions,as well as a rational guidance for A Training Company to formulate precise enterprise development strategies.Moreover,it also provided some scientific references for other education enterprises to accurately understand the current situation and dynamic of the industry and to further make appropriate enterprise development plans.
