Information Tech with-media and network technology as its core has become the creative tool of expanding human ability. Because of the deeper internal relationship between mathematics and information technology, the entry of technology information has gradually brought mathematics education revolutionary change. " Recently, something worrying occurred that the introduction of computer is only to drill the use of monotonous learning software ." the educationist Papert pointed out , "But through the correct computer application instead of the simple drill, we can cultivate the independent learning of students. The computer is a powerful weapon to change the old system ."Papert's opinion illustrates the significance of the technology and education integration.Recently, the research on the Information Tech and Mathematics Teaching Integration is still on the initial stage .The new teaching pattern is still not perfect, and the basic principles on applying information technology to mathematical teaching is still not founded. So is the theoretic system. On the basis of constructivism on the four factors of learning environment, we advance the basic teaching principles on the information technology and mathematics teaching integration. They are:a. Creation of situation and independent learning;b. Strengthening of cooperation and development of individuality;c. Significance of practice and initiative of construction;d. Emphasis of induction and deduction;e. Problem, solution, rethinking and creativity.Through the experiment of Information Tech and Mathematics Teaching Integration, we can understand that Information Tech and Mathematics Teaching Integration is a big conception. That is to say, Information Tech need to be considered one If Teaching Tools. We can draw the followingconclusions through the Integration Experiment.I . Sumarizing the new variation of the Integrated Class and the Students' study life.(1) The students are more actively in procuring the knowledge ;(2) Representing the process of human being's obtaining knowledge;(3) Promoting the development of academic activity; (4) Reflecting the educational policy-Humanism;(5) Comparing with traditional teaching, it is more useful to enhance the whole quality of the students.II . Advancing the procedural operation steps of the integratedMathematics Teaching. (1)Creating the right situation based on the problem.(2) Deepening the exchange b cooperated study.(3) The teachers and the students act mutually, advising a supposition at the point and evolving the relavant association.(4) Raising perceptual to rational, and proving strictly. III. Developing the platform using the software to get down to establish The Mathematics Teaching data bank of Chang'an Normal School.As to the present research, we need to do the following further research on Information Tech and Mathematics Teaching Integration. (1)Further embodying the theoretical basis of the Integration;(2)Further improving the Teaching basic principle;(3)How to train the students and the teachers on Information Tech and Modem Teaching and Learning Theory; (4)Forming a relatively stable structure of teaching process.
