As the mankind has come into the 21 st Century, the globalization of economy and information makes an increasingly fierce competition of overall national power among the countries of the world. Knowledge-based economy has showed some inkling and the international patterns are in a deep adjustment. Facing the new situation, JiangZeMin said that deepen the education reform and improved quality-oriented education in all-round way was an important thing. Quality-oriented education is which carry forward a personality character and the subject. The core of quality-oriented aims to train the student blazing new trails ability. The research shows: low self-efficacy of the students is one of the factors restraining creative power. So to promote the students self-efficacy will benefit for training their creative power.Self-efficacy, one's self-judgments of personal capabilities to initiate and successfully perform specified tasks at designated levels, expends greater effort, and persevere in the face of adversity. The self-efficacy is a concept by psychologist A.Bandura. Self-efficacy theory as the one that explains people action its research explains all kinds of actions of people are how to appear. Meanwhile let us realize the student's actions at school for a new idea. A.Bandura pointed out the school is a key place where formed and developed of the students' self-efficacy to train their self-efficacy also is the important parts of education in school.The research that to train the students self-efficacy is a new method. Education should help the students realize and perceive themselves. Today the heart of education is turning to mould the students new style of free character instead of teaching the learner fixed knowledge to develop the students self-efficacy in physical education has an attempt of this field.Research shows: the students self-efficacy has an important relation with their study achievement, so do the study of physics. The research of self-efficacy shows: the level of self-efficacy can accurately forecast the level of the students' learning .So to promote the students' self-efficacy will help to raise their study result. My paper make asystematic, various angles study in the relevant factors of self-efficacy and physics results. Put forward firstly the physical teaching tactics to enhance the students' self-efficacy, and do teaching practice to achieve the desired results to provide a new method for teaching reform. The society usually thinks "it's hard to study physics", so the self-efficacy established in physics discipline much easily produce the right remove in other's discipline, also help the students all-round developing.The first part in my paper is: The research in the theory of self-efficacy and teaching theory. Inquiring into the main factors influenced the students' self-efficacy form and change .The second part including: Research the senior students self-efficacy. Talk about the self-efficacy the study aim influenced with it. The third part including: Promote to train the students self-efficacy teaching tactics to develop realization of the successful teaching tactics step by step, substitute for teaching tactics, lead reason frontal impel teaching tactics and establish the positive teaching environment. The fourth part including: to train the students self-efficacy teaching experimental research apply to train the students' self-efficacy teaching tactics. Do a teaching and management experiment for twelve weeks in senior physics teaching. It proved to promote the students self-efficacy teaching tactics can raise the students self-efficacy also promote the students physical marks effectively.
