Humanism advocated "humanist, the development of life", biology is the core concept of new curriculum reform "improve all students’ scientific literacy life".And high school biology teachers as the perpetrators of the new curriculum, its own quality and ability level will directly affect the students’ allround development and personality development.So the existing high school to teacher’s humanistic management, biology teacher’s quality?Using the theory of humanistic management, education, teaching to improve the biology teachers’ literacy what countermeasures can be taken?That’s what this topic to research and expect to solve the problem.To carry out humanistic management, the biology teacher literacy survey and countermeasures research.Combining with the author’s practical work experience, education teaching around school study of the humanistic management under the environment of teachers, first analyzed the research background and the status quo, put forward the research problem, purpose, significance and methods, and the humanistic theory, related concepts such as systems biology teacher literacy, then this paper USES the questionnaire survey and interview method, in henan province sanmenxia 15 206 high school biology teachers, 32 school leadership as investigation object, to the humanistic management of the school, teachers’ educational attainment, teaching attainment carried on the thorough investigation and found the following problems:(1) the humanistic management of the teachers has the outdated management concept, insufficient attention to teacher development, the problem such as lack of democracy and service consciousness;(2) the teachers quality aspect exists, the old education idea, sense of responsibility is not strong, such as professional ethics problems, teachers’ knowledge structure is unreasonable, and analyzes the effective classroom, teacher training and education scientific research ability literacy issues.Finally improve the biology teachers by means of the theory of humanistic literacy measures are put forward:(1) to speed up the reform and innovation of teacher management, managing schools according to laws and humanized management, and create good environment for the development of teachers;(2) by updating the education conception, construct humanistic classroom, academic reflection, build a new platform scientific research subject to improve teachers’ professional quality.The existing research focused on applying humanistic management in school management, using the theory of humanistic education to improve teachers’ teaching ability, the study of high school biology teachers literacy were rare.This topic research, breaks through the previous point line more fragmentary research situation, from the perspective of more system, broader multi-dimensional integration using humanistic management, education, teaching and so on rich theoretical knowledge to effectively improve the new way of thinking that the biology teacher literacy, and puts forward innovation "sifang interactive" democratic governance mechanism, speed up the training of innovation, and to build humanistic life classroom, create a teacher training club, build a new platform open competition type projects such as new steps, this is the place of innovation of this study.Hope that through the humanistic management and training of teachers’ training school to improve the biology teacher quality, for the smooth implementation of new curriculum reform and to promote the school humanistic management to provide some reference and enlightenment.
