The Organization And The Management Of Educational Resource In Informatization Instructional Design's Research

The development of informatization education demands the traditional instructional design developing to informatization instructional design. To be brief, the informatization instructional design is the instructional design which doing in the informatization circumstance. The traditional instructional design carries on by paper and pen. But the informatization instructional design carries on by computer. The informatization instructional design emphasizes learning is the center of the teaching. And we must design an instructional mode that is efficient to promoting the learner's ability of innovation. So in the process of the informatization instructional design, we attach more importance to using educational resource. To our way of thinking, the management and the organization of the educational resource is an important problem in the informatization instructional design. Because it's the important compose of educational information, it's the precondition and the base of the conformity of information technology and instructional design, and it's boost to building up the new mode of the instructional design.Since the Educational Department drew up the document of in the Dec of 1998, the whole country market appears all kinds of Educational Resource Management System. But most of those system have five disadvantages: (1) lake of alternation, teacher is passive to accepting the resource which in the Resource Management System, (2) teacher doesn't learn how to organize the educational resource after using this system, only to find and download, (3) the resource in Resource Management System is scanty, (4) Resource Management System lack of personality, (5) Resource Management System lack of intelligentize.To those problem, we put forward a solving scheme that is "normative resource describe + lots of high quality resource + high-class software system + high-leveltechnique basis".The advantages of our Educational Resource Management System are: (l)managetools is easy to learning and using, (2) resource is abundance and easy to finding, (3)lookup mode is agility and facility, (4) have favorite function, (5) havecommunication and. discuss function, (6) the management of user enroll popedom,(7) the whole system have good extending quality.In this thesis, we will particularly introduce the database design of our EducationalResource Management System, and the technology realization of four child-systems(user child-system, resource warehouse child-system, communication and discusschild-system, manager child-system).
