A Study On The Theory And Demonstration Of Resource Attaining Of Grass-roots Sport Organization

Since the 1980 s,with the rapidly developing of the community sports organizations at the grass-roots level,and then become absolute subject of urban community sports organizations in China.These grassroots sports organizations is not only a sports organization,but also a neighborhood organization,is not only a sports community,but also a community of life,not only have extensive social legitimacy,also with its close to the life of the people,rich the distinctive function of community culture,promote the neighbors have been paid much attention by the social from all walks of life.Obtaining the necessary resources,is the precondition of the survival and development of any organization necessary,also determines the height of the organizational development.From the actual situation of grassroots community sports organizations' development,some organizations restricted by system,the capability of its own,unable to obtain the necessary resources,on the brink of dissolution,however,some organizations within the framework of the existing system,utilization of all kinds of ways to complete drawing,and set up a relaxed and harmonious living space between government,business and community residents.So what way these organizations use to reclaim resources? What way to interact with the government and enterprises to form again? What deep logic can be found again from the basic outline of these organizations and their activities,track and clues in? On this basis,the questions which are worth further thinking out can be explored again? Based on the case study method,literature study method and logical analysis method as the main research method,through the investigation and inspection of the Y street1 in Dong Cheng district in Beijing,a grassroots sports organizations to survive and development practice of field,draw the resources as the breakthrough point and clues of the research,explore grassroots sports organizations in the process of the survival and development of interaction with the outside world and resources learning strategy and the problems.For more than one year of participant observation,it's find that for the sake of its own survival and development,in order to draw more support from the government,society and market,this organization through being consistent with the mainstream discourse of the government,using the "human relationship" of traditional Chinese society,and participating in the activities of enterprises of all kinds of won the prize "self hematopoietic" strategy,with the government,enterprises,social organizations,media,and other main bodies to keep in touch,and establish a mutually dependent and promote the development of the relationship.Elite community sports,of course,is in the process of grassroots sports organizational resources to learn important force to be reckoned with,with its own ability and advantage for members of the organization's resources and dominate the developing direction of the organization.Out of the case is the ideal place of the present study.This study argues that in the face of the vigorous development of grassroots sports organizations at the grass-roots level and the present situation of the development of the good and bad are intermingled,the government need to release the dividend policy and ensure fairness,transform the mode of governance,set up special support fund,to support and cultivate some aspects,such as the attention to the cultivation of core.At the same time,the grassroots sports organizations should also strengthen their own ability,strengthen contact with enterprise,media,with down-to-earth practical action to win the recognition and trust of the government and society.
