With the arrival of information age, every aspect of education faces the opportunities and tests of the reform. As the result of information age, the advantage of CAI( Computer Assisted Instruction) was before any media in existence, Through the development since the eighties, CAI of our country has made very great progress with practice based on theory, Receive the concern and support of various fields gradually too.This text is on the basis of analysis to the current situation of physics CAI courseware. It is an irrefutable fact that physics CAI manufacturing technology is not high, and we lack articles that system study to physics CAI. The author sets about the work to these two respects, has carried on deeper discussion separately.Chapter two of article is set about setting up a more overall physics CAI designing theory model, The author thinks, should set up the theory model of physics CAI from three respects: Cognitive theory, general principle, characteristic of physics in using CAI. In cognitive theory, the author analysis influence that three different cognitive theories bring to the design and development of CAI. On the general principle that CAI designs, the author has set up five principles, such as educational principle, etc. In this part that" physics CAI uses the characteristic", the author analyses from such several angles: Characteristic of physics, characteristic of physics model, the advantage of using CAI in physics of the physical model, the method of using CAI in physics, and finally the author summarized four characteristic of physics in using CAI.Chapter three begin to study of the theory of developing physics CAI, analyze some commonly used CAI tools and development mode at present, And compare them, in order to confirm the direction for deep research on them.Article chapter four introduce two physical models which the author develops with VB and AutoCAD, that is, electric field line and electric equipotential surface . The author has explained the design principle in detail, hi order to confirm it isscientific. At the time of writing out this text, the author has improved the code of the programs and added explanatory note for every section of program, people who have base foundation programming knowledge can understand the mentality of designing. The three-dimensional model that the author developed is a" real three-dimension" model, they can be watched in terms of any, Operate it and control to them with the three- dimension.
