1.Purpose and significance of studyingP.E teachers are primary participators in class-teaching activity. They are also the most active factor in class-teaching process. The related class-teacher values and behaviors that teachers possessed could launch a great influence on P.E class-teaching quality. In new "physical education and health" curriculum, relation of teachers and students would change greatly after new ideology established, they are "health first", "quality education", "life-long physical education". Teachers will translate from initiator and supervisor of knowledge into promoters, participators and guides of students. So the teacher's value and behavior would have to develop relatively. As a main channel in adjusting P.E teacher's class-teaching behavior, P.E class-teaching evaluation exerts a very important function in formulating P.E teacher's teaching behavior and in promoting P.E teaching practice. Therefore, in the P.E teaching evaluation reform, the contents of P.E teaching evaluation criteria can or can not adapt to the new curriculum which could promote students' development adequately, develop teacher and improve teaching practice would be directly related to improvement of the quality and the effect of P.E class-teaching. Based on the theory of "P.E and health", from student's perspective, this paper put forward some views that based on theory and practice. It is about criteria contents of evaluation of middle school P.E class teaching. Consequently, it could exert efficiently through P.E class-teaching evaluation on the development of students, the function that teachers improve their teaching practice. So it could establish a new curriculum ideology of "P.E and health". And it could provide theory and fact that middle school P.E class-teaching evaluation target and criteria for consulting.2. Methods of studyingQuestionnaire survey is the method. The subjects are the junior students of grade one and grade two from four urban middle school in Hohhot city and four rural middle school in Wuchuan county. After sorting data according to area and sex, coding system was set up for valid questionnaire. According to the system of SPSS For Windows 11.0, the data was recorded, run and analyzed. The methods of data analyzing are that factor analysis, frequency analysis and mean value analysis. (1) Factor analysis: as the factor extraction method principal component analysis was adopted, Varimax was launch on initial factors of matrix. 8 factors were extracted with total cumulative reached 60%. (2) Frequency analysis and mean value analysis: The variable that need further explanation after factor analysis and questions are suit to the frequency analysis and mean value analysis in the questionnaire. And these two methods were adopted.3. The result of studying(1)The result of factor analysis: there are 8 factors in urban schoolboys, that is: (1) Sense of responsibility and friendly association. (2)Teaching is suit to students' development levels and respect students. (3) To guide students learning and training efficiently. (4)Teaching is satisfied to students' different requirements.
