| Junior high school is a critical stage for students’ physical and mental development,habit formation and moral quality cultivation,therefore,it is very important to develop core competence of junior high school students.The Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)clearly states that it is necessary to implement the fundamental task of establishing moral education,adhere to the educational concept of “health first”,lead by developing students’ core competence,and cultivate students’ key abilities to adapt to lifelong development and social development.As a key ability for students’ lifelong physical education,this study verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of integrated teaching of learning,practice and evaluation on junior high school students’ independent learning ability by exploring the influencing factors of junior high school students’ independent learning ability in Shenzhen and designing a four-level basketball learning,practice and evaluation integrated teaching program.This study used a self-compiled “Survey on the factors influencing junior high school students’ independent learning ability in Shenzhen” to investigate the students and the physical education teachers in junior high school(164 students and 74 teachers)in Shenzhen,designed a “ Four-level basketball learning,practicing,and evaluating integrated teaching program”,and selected the “junior high school students’ independent learning ability in physical education scale” made by Jun Lin.A 6-week experimental study was conducted with89 students from the first year classes 10 and 9 of the junior high school of the Shenzhen Affiliated School of Sun Yat-sen University,including 45 students in the experimental group(class 10)and 44 students in the control class(class 9).The purpose was to examine the changes in the level of students’ independent learning ability in physical education after the experiment and to investigate the effect of integrated teaching of learning,practice,and evaluation on the independent learning ability of middle school students in Shenzhen.Through the above research,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Shenzhen junior high school students’ independent learning ability of physical education is at a medium level,which is influenced by students’ personal,school,family and community,mainly reflected in students’ academic pressure,lack of their own clear physical education learning goals,low interest in physical education learning,and the conditions of physical education activities and venues and facilities organized by schools and communities cannot meet the needs of students’ participation in physical education and exercise.2.After the experiment of integrated teaching of learning,practice,competition and evaluation,the students in the experimental group had significantly higher independent learning ability in physical education than the students in the control group,and their learning motivation improved significantly,and their learning strategies,self-management and learning environment also improved compared with the regular physical education class teaching.3.The implementation of integrated teaching of learning and practice,combination of learning and practice,rich competition and evaluation,and the provision of articulated sports practice for students through recess and sports clubs after school can motivate students to learn and improve the level of independent learning ability in physical education.4.The level of students’ learning strategies,self-management and learning environment after the teaching experiment are higher than those of the control group students,but not significantly.Combined with the principle of continuity of learning,a longer period of integrated teaching of learning,practice,competition and evaluation is needed at a later stage to realize the improvement of students’ learning strategies,self-management and learning environment. |
