With the development of the digital age,information technologyplays an important part in people's lives,learning,and work,whose significance is becoming more and more obvious.In order to meet the needs of society,it is very important for everyone to have a certain related capabilities of information technology.Because of all these factors,the subject of information technology in high school draws much attention gradually,and at the same time,we are continuously exploring more efficient teaching methods.According to the experience in practical research from the predecessors,task-driven teaching method has attracted much attention in the teaching of information technology subject.Task-driven teaching method is a teaching method based on a variety of teaching theories.It advocates students' status as the mainstay,teachers' status as the leading role,and task-driven teaching method as the main line,allowing students to finish their tasks,who not only apply the old knowledge more proficiently,but also quickly grasp new knowledge.There are already many relevant researchers who have summarized their theory and reached a certain highly level.However,most of the teaching practice studies are conducted on middle school students in developed cities and are still few researches on the remote areas.In this study,the students of Grade one in an ordinary senior high school in the middle-western region of Inner Mongolia was selected as the experimental object.During more than three months of teaching practice,the author will prove that task-driven teaching method has a wider rangeof teaching value through this teaching research.In this study,first of all,the author elaborated on the status quo of the “task-driven teaching method” at home and abroad.What's more,with summarizing the theoretical concepts,the author analyzed the experimental subjects and teaching contents,and then applied the task-driven approach to the practice teaching.In practice,the process of teaching information technology with the task-driven method was lasted more than three months,which was compared with the previous teaching methods.At last,the effectiveness of application of “task-driven teaching method” in the information technology subjects was obtained in high schools in remote areas.Details were as follows:First of all,the introduction part: research background,research status,research methods and research significance.Second,the concept and characteristics of the task-driven teaching method were elaborated: the concept of teacher-led,student-centered,and task-critical.Then it introduced the basic steps of the task-driven teaching method: creating a situation,identifying problems,learning independently,and evaluating the effects.Thirdly,the research and design of the task-driven approach to teaching method of information technology in Jining middle school attached to Beijing Normal University.First,the author analyzed the academic situation and teaching resources of the experimental school,and conducted a questionnaire survey of the research subjects.Then,the author analyzed the whole factors that will affect the experimental results,and finally arranged the experimental time according to the teaching content.Fourth,during the process of the "Task-Driven Teaching Method" in Jining Middle School attached to Beijing Normal University,the author obtained a true experimental conclusion through the observation of classroom teaching,interviews with students at the different stages,and analysis of works.Fifth,summary and outlook.The conclusions of the research were summarized and the practice proved that the "task-driven teaching method" had a high effectiveness in the application of the information technology subject of Jining Middle School Attached to Beijing Normal University.At the same time,it also summarized the deficiencies in the study.
