Research On The Status Quo And Countermeasure Of The Sports Schools For Cultivating High Level Young Athlete In China

Research on document, questionnaire survey, interview and statistical analysis, in order to find out the status and the present problem of china track and field, and discuss some problem and the issue of culturing young athlete, which would be resolved urgently in the practice.Result showed there were 3758 young athlete in the sports schools of culturing the young athlete, who were per cent 38.2 of all young athlete in China. There were four factors of young athlete's inducement participating in training, which were sports schools work factor, internal tendency factor, station changing and environment influence factor.The coach's educational level should be improved, and the training time could be ensured in all schools.The benefit of athletic competition mainly showed on domestic game instead of Olympic game and world champion game.The result showed some factors affect the level of running schools of sports schools for cultivating the high level young athlete, which was personnel quality factor, condition of running school factor, system of management factor.The training ground and equipment of the sports schools of province adapted to the training, however, the condition of others were worse. The outlet of all schools running depend on the appropriate founds mainly, many schools were short of founds for training and games.Some advice were given:Culturing the coaches to improve their ability of training. Perfecting the system that scientific research serving training. Perfecting the system of sports network, in order to improve the level of management. Perfecting the system of exchanging for young athlete.
