This paper will discuss "How to construct the constructive model of Web-based Instruction (WBI) in middle school.? " in three chapters.Beginning with the background and developing process of the model of WBI, the author criticizes the disadvantages about the traditional teaching model in middle school, discusses the demands for the middle school students in the information time and the present situations of the Web-based Instruction in middle school at home and abroad. Then the paper elaborates the theoretical basis of the constructive WBI in middle school from constructivism and the definition of constructive WBI in middle school, as well as of its directorial thought, educational goal, teaching strategy and principle. In the last chapter, according to the practice of the teaching reform in middle school, the author elaborates the construction of the constructive model of the Web-based Instruction in middle school from the angle of theoretical study. This is discussed in terms of the learning environment, the storage of information resource, learning methods, the role of the teachers and students, the evaluation system.
