The Previous Thought About The Qualities Construction Of Chinese Teachers In Middle School

The educational experts at home and abroad never stop discussing what qualities an excellent teacher should have. Though the requirements to the teacher's qualities vary with countries and times , the general character has formed gradually . Chinese teachers in middle school should not only meet the requirements of the general character, but show the characteristics of the subject In this article ,the author especially concerns with the human factors in hope of realizing the quality education in the Chinese subject Through two perspectives, that is, the scrutiny to the traditional and contemporary view of teacher's qualities and the qualities construction of the contemporary Chinese teachers in middle school, the author gives his own view about the previous thought and research into the qualities that contemporary even future teachers should have. Hope this article will give a reference both to the training of the Chinese teacher in middle school and the teaching reform of the Chinese major in colleges.
