Analyzing these standards can provides some experience and thoughts to ourselves'.The paper probes into the professional qualities of the politics teacher in the high middle school from the three aspects:First,the problems of the teachers' qualities at present,this is the practical basis of the standard constructing;Second,the standard of the new course is the theoretical foundation.Analyzing and researching the standard of the new politics course can provide the theoretical guidance;Third,the good qualities of the polities teacher in the practical teaching,which includes two parts,the qualities of the favorable teacher in the students,the suggestion from the outstanding teachers and the experts.On the basis of the theory and practical research,through anlyzing and comparing repeatedly,the author selected the final index items.Moreover,the author kept to ask several experts and the teachers with rich experiences for opinions.After that,the author made more corrections to the items of index system.Trough all these,the professional standard for politics teachers in high middle school is established.
