Facing a mathematics exercises, why can someone have the ability to deal with it but others can do nothing? As a mathematics teacher of a high school,how to availably guide the student's mathematics studying activity?...... this thesistell about the result of some preliminary steps that these problems study and consider.This thesis contents two parts. In the first part, the theory of cognition on knowledge in modern perception psychology is briefly introduced. The aim of stating knowledge is stating .Stating is not mechanical to recite from memory, but is to speak clarity, accurate, completely in own language on the basis of understanding, the aim of procedure knowledge is production. It is a series of " if..., then..." in a person brain i.e. "if the term is x, then act y". Production includes two parts: condition, action.The learning of declaring knowledge is not separate ,but promote and develop each other. Man's learning is in various concrete action. Solving mathematic problem is the main activity of students in mathematic course. Solving problem is a process in which problem solvers use their own production to give a plan and try to solve it .In this course new production has been formed.The condition in production is a identity system .Only when the condition of a method is clearly grasped ,it can be used correctly .In our teaching ,we regard the learning of the action system, and disregard the identity system, so our students can not to use the method to solve problem in independent condition. The article emphasize the key of correctly solving problem is to give independent a plan and to settle it .We should give more attention to the learning of identity system.The second part of the article is to discuss mainly the behaving style of studying procession. The main action include Receiving, Researching, Reflecting, Interchange and exercise. Math knowledge of pupils in high school is one of the important result of man's civilization, the important aspect of math studying in high school is receiving. In fact, a teacher helps student by inducting the behaving, but inthe receiving process, research is another aspect which can not be neglect. Investigating study also call discovering study, research study.Reflection is the concrete embodying of meta-cognition in the learning process.Interchange action is that students use their knowledge to express their own understanding on math or the world. In the interchanges process the student can recognized the correctness about their own opinion and adjust or modify the experience. Thus interchange is the key of their study.The exercise is a right study of learner's repetition touch or repetition respond, and it is the necessary and only path to obtain the knowledge and skill. There are great different between measured and measureless exercises.
