The distant education system based compute net and multimedia technique can help teachers and students who are at different place to form a large-scale teaching and studing circumtance, where they can share teaching resource and benefit their advantages mutually.,which is not summit to restrict of spare-time, making lifelong education possible.The distance education system is a reseach hotspot in the application of compute networks currently. Each system has realized distributed application .which can support a majority part function of distant education .The shortcoming of the systems is their close property,which they cannot access each other.The paper talks about the history and present sisuation of distance education system, analyze the condition inside and outside, point out the limitation of the distance education system, and analyze the WebService technique which appl ied into the E-buss iness. As far as I am concerned, it will improve the peformance and function if we apply the WebService technology with distance education system.Considering the system organization structure .data organization form, design and web application technology , we discuss the development distance mode and technical methode of distance education system .design and implement distance education system based WebService technology.Lots of experiement and application that the solution with WebService technology to establish the remote education platform is feasible.
