Research On The Existing Problems And Countermeasures Of Archives Distance Education Platform Construction In China

Archival distance education is the result of the integration of archival education,modern Internet and modern information technology under the background of educational modernization.It represents the new direction of the modernization of archival education in China,and is the innovation and extension of the traditional archival education system.Distance education platform is implemented and file archives of the remote education important carrier,is a matter of files on the construction of the development of distance education,so the purpose of this paper is to archives at the present stage in our country has already put in distance education platform construction practice study,summarize the current file to the actual situation of distance education platform construction and the achievements,This paper further analyzes the problems existing in the construction process of archival distance education platform in China,and provides experience and theoretical guidance for the future construction of archival distance education platform.The paper is divided into six parts.The first part is introduction.This paper mainly expounds the research background,research purpose and significance,domestic research status,research content and research methods and research innovation points.The second part is the theoretical basis of this paper and the definition of related concepts.The related concepts include distance education,archival distance education and archival distance education platform;The theoretical basis includes three basic interaction theories of distance learning and student-centered distance learning theory.The third part is the necessity and feasibility of archival distance education platform construction.The necessity includes the need of constructing the archival distance education platform to perfect the channel of archival education and training,constructing the lifelong learning system of archival professionals,and promoting the integration of archival education resources and realizing the sharing of archival education resources.Feasibility includes the guidance and support of relevant policies,the realistic needs of archivists’ education and training,the guidance of distance education theory and the support of modern information technology.The fourth part is the introduction and summary of some existing archival distance education platforms.Through investigation and analysis,it is found that the current archival distance education platform construction is weak in basic theory research of platform construction,lack of platform construction funds,manpower and experience,and insufficient platform curriculum resources construction.The function construction is not perfect,the platform lacks online communication and interaction,and the platform operation evaluation mechanism is missing.The fifth part is the implementation strategy of archives distance education platform construction.It includes the principles that should be followed in the construction of the platform and puts forward some suggestions on attaching importance to the research of archival distance education,strengthening the support,deepening the cooperation force of the platform construction,strengthening the construction of teaching resources of the platform,perfecting the function of the platform,enhancing the communication and interaction of the platform and establishing and perfecting the evaluation mechanism of the platform operation.The sixth part is the summary of this research and the prospect of the future development of archival distance education.
