And the administrator can finish management at server and client.At the same time, going along with the amazing development of Internet/Intranet and the wide use of WWW, the method and mode of people getting and handling information is going through radically revolution and the Web-cored enterprise information management system is warmly welcomed by managers. Java technology has powerful function in developing network application and it is one of the most important technologies influencing the web. Jsp fully takes advantage of the function. Now JSP become an excellent technology in developing server. So it has also become an importmant factor to impulse the Web. In the thesis, we discuss some kinds of Web technologies, such as JSP, JaveBeahs, JDBC, Servlet, Java Excel API, Connection Pool, Transaction and so on. Then the thesis takes the CAI platform based on Web for example, incorporat these thechologies into the system platform and put emphasis on the solution of user management system, question database management, test question management system, score manage system result of choice lesson management system, on-line test system and some other modules. According to the preliminary development and application, the whole system platform has attain to the request of the country norm, what's more, the execution result manifest that the system is feasible.
