| As a new teaching mode, the flipped classroom can cultivate learners'self-learning ability and practical ability. At the same time, it provides convenience for personalized learning?In the 4 week of action research, the author constantly found and solved the problems encountered in the course of the flipped classroom teaching practice. In the process of solving the problem, the author pays attention to expand the train of thought. In the process of solving the problem, the author analyzes the problems by hygiene-motivational factors theory and Game Theory. It provides a new idea to solve the problems which are often encountered in the teaching practice of flipped classroom, and realizes the continuous optimization of the curriculum. Finally, the experimental results verify the effectiveness of the flipped classroom teaching in junior middle school EXCEL teaching. At the end of this paper, the author also summarizes the problems encountered in the implementation of the flipped classroom in junior middle school EXCEL teaching and the solutions.This article contains five parts:1?introduction.
