As a new teaching mode, the flipped classroom can cultivate learners'self-learning ability and practical ability. At the same time, it provides convenience for personalized learning?In the 4 week of action research, the author constantly found and solved the problems encountered in the course of the flipped classroom teaching practice. In the process of solving the problem, the author pays attention to expand the train of thought. In the process of solving the problem, the author analyzes the problems by hygiene-motivational factors theory and Game Theory. It provides a new idea to solve the problems which are often encountered in the teaching practice of flipped classroom, and realizes the continuous optimization of the curriculum. Finally, the experimental results verify the effectiveness of the flipped classroom teaching in junior middle school EXCEL teaching. At the end of this paper, the author also summarizes the problems encountered in the implementation of the flipped classroom in junior middle school EXCEL teaching and the solutions.This article contains five parts:1?introduction. Introduces the purpose, content, current situation and innovation of this paper. Analyses the necessity and feasibility of the application of flipped classroom in EXCEL teaching in junior middle school2?The core concept definition and theoretical support. This paper introduces the concept and the theoretical support of the flipped classroom.3?Research and design of EXCEL teaching in junior middle school by flipped classroom. The author has designed the research object, method and teaching process.4?The implementation of the study. Through the 4 round of action research, constantly sums up experience to solve the problems encountered in practice.5?Conclusions and implications. Practice has proved that the application of the flipped classroom raise the ability to solve practical problems. And summarizes the outstanding problems encountered in the study and the new ideas to solve the problem.
