The new curriculum reform of basic education in our country put forward the change of students' learning methods,attaches importance to the inquiry of learning process,and emphasizes the cultivation of scientific literacy.However,at present,the process of data processing in high school physics experiments in our country has been neglected,and students' data mining is not enough.In addition,the rapid development of science and technology also puts forward urgent requirements for the integration of computer and physics teaching.Through the literature study,the author found that domestic research on the use of computer software in physics experiments is mainly focused on university physics.In the middle school stage,it only describes the results of software processing.The author hopes to do research on the process of physical experiment data processing by Excel software to strengthen the students' attention to the learning process and to cultivate the ability to analyze problems and improve scientific literacy.This article is guided by the theory of constructivism and Dell ' s pyramid of learning effectiveness.First of all,it defines the core concepts of data processing,regression analysis and scientific literacy,and then introduces four common methods of data processing,including list method,drawing method,difference method and regression analysis method,then made a basic introduction to Excel software,a simple comparison between Excel software and commonly used MATLAB and origin software highlights the advantages of Excel in high school physics experiments,and a brief analysis of experiments in high school physics textbooks is made.The author selected three different data processing types of experiment examples: “ Drawing volt-ampere characteristic curves of small bulbs”,“Measurement of electromotive force and internal resistance”,and “Inquiry into gas isothermal variation laws”,and carried out the classroom teaching through the way of question inquiry,and put forward the basic model of Excel data processing through the actual case teaching analysis.Finally,according to the observation and analysis of classroom teaching,the analysis of examination results and the analysis of questionnaire,the author integrates and reflects on the impact of Excel's processing ofexperimental data on the importance of the learning process,problem awareness,and analysis of problem-solving abilities and improvement of scientific literacy.Through the research of this paper,it is hoped that high school physics teachers can pay attention to experimental data processing and provide theoretical basis and practical basis for the effective use of Excel for experimental data processing.
