Curriculum is the main carrier by which schools realize their educational aims, and curriculum resources are the direct source of curriculum. Bringing forth new curriculum concept, developing curriculum resources, optimizing curriculum system and railing the aim and effectiveness of curriculum are the urgent claims of reform and implementation of the elementary education curriculum at present. In the vast countryside, the contradiction between the backward educational conditions and the rich potential resources and the one between the varied curriculum resources and the weak development and usage are very prominent. What's more, if the "so-called" advanced and modern curriculum is blindly transplanted ingnoreing self-fact, the realistic conditions are insufficient and the effectiveness is bad, so developing and making use of the rich resources and tapping their potential superiority are the only road curriculum reform must follow in countryside school at present.The establishment of conception of curriculum resources and the relative theoretical and practical research mainly focus on the general level, and the individual and superiority in special areas seldom are paid attention to. Making development and usage of countryside curriculum resources in Taojia Town, Jiulongpo Distract in Chongqing the research target and making use of methods like case investigation, interview, comparison, documentation etc, the thesis intends to study the connotation, distinguishing standards, existing states and the tactics of development and usage of countryside curriculum resources in order to provide operating tactics for the development of curriculum resources of Taojia Town, and also provide the areas of similar kind with reference.The countryside curriculum resources exist widespread in the countryside society. They are the content system with the curriculum potentialities and the bearing one of the curriculum activities. They are the whole conditions used by School curriculumsin countryside and the guarantee of establishing and implementing the countryside school curriculum activities. They have 4 states: to be created, potential, current existence and developed to be used. And also they have the following characters: to be developed, namedby someone, varied and dynamic, etc. In different areas, the distinguishing standards and existing forms of the countryside curriculum resources are dynamic. According to the standards such as educational requirement of subject, educational conception of subject, the objective claims of educational principles, the current and possible conditions of development and usage of resources, the suitable degree between resources and the special situation, uniqueness, etc. The current states of countryside curriculum resources in Taojia Town mainly have natural resources, social resources, cultural resources, informational resources, experience resources, situational resources according to the current states, the following developing model can be selected nimbly: "teacher-based core", "school-based core", "promotion by project", "inter-school cooperation", "headed by administration", "headed by experts". The following implied models can be implemented, "drived by policy", "typical example", "promote step by step", "permeate class", "interfered by curriculum", "comprehensive practice", "imploring individually". The key task is to develop deeply, suitably and effectively according to requirement of curriculum, actual resources and the current conditions. Supporting necessary system should be set up completely. Only this, the educational value of the countryside curriculum resources can be tapped at most.Schools development and usage of countryside curriculum resources is the spiral development process, which is the joint of research, theory and practice.
