Study On The Countryside Adult Educational Development Under The Background Of Building New Countryside In Socialism

Since the 1990s, the Government and the domestic experts have been seeking the way to solve the problem of "agriculture, countryside and farmer". In October, 2005 Communist Party of China 16 Fifth Plenary Session explicitly proposed to building new socialism countryside. It indicated that government emphasis on countryside and decided to develop countryside. Then the Government takes a series measures to constructing, supporting and giving favored system to the agriculture, we can see the new rural reconstruction has made certain progress in the short-term. the essence of "agriculture, countryside and fanner" is the farmer and the quality of the rural farmer. to improve the educational level of workers is the main way to solve countryside question, and to solve these question must rely on the countryside adult educational system. Based on the understanding that to develop countryside adult education is very important, Specially under the society background of the new rural reconstruction, the author proposed the conception of developing the countryside adult education vigorously.This research explained the importance of developing the countryside adult education through analyzing the concepts of the countryside, the new socialism countryside and the countryside adult education and the significance of developing the countryside adult educational, Then analyzes the question and reason during developing the countryside adult education. To exactly understand the actual situation of countryside adult educational, the author makes the investigation referring to the Putian countryside adult education, and make the questionnaire survey of the demand of the countryside adult. Finally the author propose the countermeasure and the safeguard mechanism of developing the countryside adult education.
