The biggest challenge of urbanization that puts forward to the education is not technique, not resources, the need of a new kind of thinking mode. In the process of the continuously fast fierce development, educate is also in constantly changing, the changeable characteristic requires the countryside town teachers to change education views, change educational thinking mode. It also challenges the existing traditional educational views and thinking mode of our country.Taking Gannan countryside town teachers' continuing education as the research object, I analyze the background of countryside town teachers' continuing education, illustrate the challenge of urbanization towards education and the necessity and speciality. On the base of investigation I analyze the mistakes and discuss the administering strategy of Gannan countryside town teachers' countryside education.The conclusion of this study: the countryside town teachers' continuing education of Gannan has made a great progress in obvious target such as record of formal schooling, teachers' participating researching in educational science etc. but it also exposures some problems such as: pay attention to exteriors standard and obligations training but ignore the teachers' interiors enthusiasm;look as teachers' personal affair but not connected with the schools' development;attach importance to the outside form but ignore the teachers' profession;be short of efficiency, and so on. These factors affect the more progress of teachers' continuing education in turn.Focus on this conditions, I think it is important to establish a new idea of teachers' continuing education—lifelong education;at one time, the education administrations, must change its single training function into more governing functions. The school ought to constructlearning school organization culture to unify the development of school and teacher;the teachers change their development form passiveness to initiative.
