The 21st century is a brand-new century. Science and technology develop rapidly, knowledge-based economy sees the clue for the first time, the international competition aggravates day by day, and the human society will go through a revolution with far-reaching significance. With the constant development of the market economy, the constant reform and perfection of every system and the accession to the WTO, enterprise and university of our country face unprecedented opportunity and challenge. In 21st century, the competition of enterprise is the competition of human resource with ability and culture substantively. While science and technology university is the important base of training person with innovative ability, is the cradle of propagating and radiating culture outwards too. The junior college student, undergraduate, graduate student of science and technology university are important source of professional and technical staff in enterprise. These irrefutable facts get university and enterprise in together closely.The basic goal that enterprises choose the right person is to create real performance and achievement in practice. Enterprises want more university students enter their roles quickly after they are employed, and can finish a job splendidly. But according to some feedback from enterprise, it suggests that graduates might not do to the job in an expert way at the time of just entering a enterprise. " Ranking different reflection " always appears because of psychological difference, cultural difference, habit difference, and inadequate experience, etc. Shown as mainly: Socialized degree not enough, lack of the spirit and ability of cooperate, not familiar with enterprise culture. As two entities, university and enterprise are different in many aspects, which is the most important reason of the existence of this situation. Even though, the study on campus culture and enterprise culture are quiet deep, the comparative research of them is lagging behind. Especially systematic theoretical research, up till now the pen person has not found yet. In view of this situation, I am trying to carry on more systematic comparative research on campus culture and enterprise culture, seek the rational effective interrelation, probe some method of constructing new-type campusculture on this basis. In order to offer some more elementary suggestion in theory for training high quality to meet the demand of enterprise, improve the science and technology graduates' ability of adaptation to the enterprise culture, promote the development of enterprise culture in a certain extent.On the basis of defining and analysis of the current situation of building on campus culture and enterprise culture in chapter one, the text lets readers have a comparatively clear understanding to the research object of this text on one hand, setups some soapstone Cor the comparative analysis of second and third chapters and explore the way of building in fourth chapter on the other hand. Most of the creating thoughts lie in the comparative analysis in the second and third part, of this thesis. Because of difference in the subject, goal, and way of the construction of campus culture and enterprise culture, these two cultures must be different in some inherent theories, such as the ideal of value, the ideal of management, the thoughts of competition and collective, etc. However, as parts of social culture, campus culture and enterprise culture have a lot of communicating places. Though the comparative analysis in the construction subject, goal, way and all theories of campus culture and enterprise culture, This thesis provides the theoretical basis for the probing of "the new century construction of campus culture of science and technology university" in the forth part. Chapter four is the end-result and focal point of this thesis.
