The Research On The Quality Evaluating Method Of Postgraduate Courses In Universities

In this paper, the principles of design, the structure of index system and the screen of the index in the quality evaluation of postgraduate courses in universities are brought forward for the first time, and the index system and the connotative measures in quality evaluation of postgraduate courses are formed, according to the features of organization and management and the features of postgraduate courses in our country, and the successful experiences in managing postgraduate courses, and also on the base of study and analysis of domestic and foreign evaluating methods of postgraduate courses , and through the combination of both the quantitative analysis and the qualitative analysis according to the specific request of the evaluation of postgraduate courses. The quality evaluating method of postgraduate courses is worked out, which includes the collect of factors, the collect for being chosen, the collect of proportion, and the connotation and calculative method of evaluating matrix, by using the method of fuzzy synthetical judgment. Finally, from the point of view of decision-makers, the methods, such as the clustering analysis, the factor analysis, are used to analyze the evaluation results of postgraduate courses, thus provides suggestions for superior departments in classifying, arranging and regulating the postgraduate courses.The research on the evaluating method has great importance in reinforcing the management of postgraduate courses, improving the quality of postgraduate courses and ensuring the quality of postgraduate cultivation.
