Research On The Competitiveness Evaluation Of HQ Education Company In Tianjin Area

With the advent of the economic era and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,China's basic education has been relatively popular and reformed.Classroom education in public schools can no longer meet the needs of primary and secondary school students,and parents' choice of training institutions is increasingly objective.Price is no longer the first condition for parents to choose training institutions.The one-to-one after-school counseling market with better effect has become the choice target of parents.Accordingly,a large number of counseling institutions turn to one-to-one counseling market for fierce competition.How to stand out from the fierce competition is a good cycle of sustainable development for enterprises,which has become a hot issue of concern for enterprises today.In this paper,taking the campus of Tianjin as an example,using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the fuzzy analysis method,we analyze the competitiveness of the global excellent education institutions in Tianjin,and propose effective ways to enhance the overall competitiveness.There are fifteen schools in Tianjin.Five representative campuses are selected from them.Through SPSS software,factor analysis is carried out to find out the strengths of the campuses.Feasible schemes of resource sharing and common progress among the campuses are put forward,so as to improve the competitiveness of the campuses.
