Analysis On The Quality Of The Recruiting Students' Resource And Study On The Evaluating Patter

The quality of the students'resource has close links with the education quality and the development of the university. With the progress of recruiting students'reform, the problems of students'resources rose. In the past, the evaluating way of using final scores and college ideal are not comprehensive. It cannot fit the inquiry of colleges, reforming direction of the entrance exam and recruiting students. It is very important that we should construct a comprehensive new evaluation system.The concept of this thesis originated from the experience of undergraduate course students recruiting work of Chongqing University. The author manages to perfect this work through students'resource quality evaluation. The research and discoveries in the thesis are based on undergraduate course students'recruiting work of Chongqing University and evaluating theory.This thesis mainly uses synthetic factor analysis to analyze students'resources of the university and construct the evaluating pattern. Factor analysis is used to deal with comprehensive evaluation of various gargets, which the unrelated common factor is summed to obtain total factor score in order to range and classify the evaluated one. The basic way of constructing resource quality analysis pattern is to find out the common factor which influent the quality of resources under the principle of non-losing the information. Target can be described by these common factor and reflect their relationship with it. Then it is easy for us to catch the major contradiction, so as to deeply analyze the resources in different areas and provide decision-making foundation for resource quality improvement.The recruiting students information management system of university include follow functions: construct interface with enrolling system of the universities'internet, fully share the data information; use comprehensive factor analysis to construct evaluating pattern to evaluate resources quality; use the decision pattern to analyze the data of students recruiting and provide foundation of forecast-making and decision-making. This system reflects the development of automatic and informative management in the universities. It enables the management of the students recruiting to work more efficiently, scientifically and systematically.
