The saying goes like that "a project of vital and lasting importance is taking education as a key link, and education is taking its teachers the solid foundation. " It is , therefore , that the teacher management is the vital domain of education management with approaching of peak of our national middle school education the requirement of teachers is increased greatly. However, the teachers transferred in rural middle school is a serious object .Which is vicious cuirculation in rural school teaching.The writer tried his best to conduct invertigation and research to find the effective method to strengthen. The means of control of rural middle school in the paper.Three parks of the content of this paper as followings.1. The exist situation of teachers management in rural middle school in Hunan.Teachers are the mobile personnel without effective system of management , Who are lack of inner motivation due to single incentive system, and merit factor of teachers training so serious. The evaluation measures for teachers do not conform with the cultivation of teachers of knowledge and morality and don' t promote teachers quality all-round way.2. Reasons for the current situation teachers management in rural middle school.The teachers' management system is not fully completed due to the old mode of control system, the differences between rural and urban areas. And the swiftly development of education and contradiction of the source and target of teachers causes disorder of teachers transferred.3. To raise the teachers' management level in rural middle school.Take person as the key link, lifting the standard and completing, management system, attaching importance todevelopment, improving the treatment and condition of teaching and attraction advanced teachers or with creation of fine teaching environmentThe investigation has been conducted in my experience in my management of my working in rural school, I have found a set of effective measures to manage rural middle school teachers and brought comparative social affections.
