A Survey Of The Status Quo Of Rear Service Management In Rural Middle Schools And Its Improvement Measures

When human kind steps into the age of knowledge and information, it is of vital importance to enhance the cultural competence of rural population. The rear service management in countryside middle schools needs to be thoroughly investigated, existent problems studied, their causs tracked down, and solutions worked out, to achieve the goal of high productivity with low investment in rural middle schools, with the improvement of school-running benefits as the final aim.Summing up a survey of rear service management in 27middle schools of Yongchun County, information collected during the exchanges with other schools, and my ten-year rear service experience,it is found that in countryside middle schools, the quality of rear service personnel is low, the extent of school administration with law is small, the ides of institutional: zation and scientification is not attached to finance and property management, the school planning and construction arrangement is poor, the services is not variegated and socialized, Which constrains the development of rural educational cause to a certain degree.It is necessary to set up a supervising team which is willing to serve the people, govern by law incorruptibly, efficiently and enterprisingly, cultivate service workers with de votion and creativity, perfect regulations and rules to institutionalize management, and stress government by law; to bring the enthusiasm of the service staff into play by incentive systems; to socialize rear serice with a set direction and according to local conditions courageously and gradually; to establish a quiet, safe and harmonious educational environment centered around students to contribute to their free, vivacious and active development, which will result in the achievement of the targets of "Three services" ,and "Two Developments" for rear service administration.
