Classroom management is an important part of teachers' classroom teaching.It is an important guarantee for the smooth implementation of teachers' classroom teaching.Effective classroom management can create a good classroom atmosphere for teachers and students and stimulate students' initiative and enthusiasm to participate in the classroom.It directly affects and determines the effect of educational activities.Classroom management also plays a very important role in Teachers' professional growth.The knowledge and ability required by teachers in the process of classroom management is an essential part of teachers' professional development.The state promotes rural education and proposes to strengthen the construction of rural teachers in order to improve the professional development of rural teachers.Classroom management is a way of teachers' professional development.With the continuous promotion of the new curriculum reform,great changes have taken place in students' training objectives and teachers' roles.Teachers are required to continuously improve their comprehensive quality and master scientific classroom management methods,so as to achieve the purpose of promoting teaching.At present,the overall quality of rural junior middle school students is not high,and teachers lack corresponding training and learning,which leads to many difficulties in classroom management.Therefore,it is urgent to strengthen the research on classroom management of rural junior middle school teachers in order to improve the classroom management ability of rural junior middle school teachers.This paper takes the teachers and students of two rural junior middle schools in Y Town,X county,w City as the survey object,reviews a large number of literature,deeply interprets the relevant educational policies,and combs,defines the concept and studies the theoretical basis of the literature related to the classroom management of rural junior middle school teachers in combination with my work practice.Through the survey of 560 students in Grade 1,grade 2 and grade 3 in two schools in Y Town,X county,w City and 77 teachers in different subjects,two questionnaires for teachers and students are designed from the four dimensions of teachers' classroom teaching goal management,teachers' classroom time management,teachers' classroom system management and teachers' classroom environment management,so as to clarify the current rural junior middle school teachers' design,implementation,detection and evaluation of teaching objectives,arrange the time of each link of teaching,and formulate Implement and implement the classroom system,create the current situation of physical environment and psychological environment,further find the problems existing in the classroom management of rural junior middle school teachers through interviews,and analyze the problems existing in the classroom management of rural junior middle school teachers.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:The problems of rural junior middle school teachers in classroom management are: first,teachers do not pay much attention to classroom goal detection;Second,teachers do not strictly control classroom time;Third,teachers do not delegate power to the classroom system;Fourth,teachers are too casual about the construction of physical environment;Fifth,the ability of psychological environment construction is weak,and the causes of these five aspects are analyzed.In view of the problems existing in the classroom management of rural junior middle school teachers,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures: first,pay attention to the classroom teaching objectives and make the management process comprehensive;Second,strictly control class time and pay attention to preview methods;Third,liberalize the formulation of classroom system and democratize the way of institution formulation;Fourth,pay attention to the construction of physical environment and strengthen the influence on students;Fifth,improve the ability of psychological environment construction and create a positive classroom atmosphere.
