The Human Culture (HC) in the middle school mathematic education is a important topic of modern mathematic education searching. This paper described the HC of the middle school mathematic education with direction, structure and architecture, in order to present that is necessary, feasibility and direction to prompt the HC value in the middle school mathematic education.There are four sections in mis paper:1. IntroductionWe all known that education with the core of the man has focus on the human liberation, human perfect and human development. Then, what responsibility does the middle mathematics education do for the core elements: self-confidence, motion, attitude and value? and how to execute these responsibilities?2. Direction of the HC is one only choose in the modern middle school mathematic educationThe traditional mathematic education focus on training the basic knowledge and capability, not cultivating the humanity and personality. The HC value called by economic era is a highest level in the mathematic education value system.3. Structure of HC is the essential property of the middle school mathematic educationWe grasp the middle school mathematic essential character from three sides: phenomenon and essence, processor and result, form and content, the middle school mathematics is the science searching the space form and number relation of real world, such that processor unionized with result, form unionized with content. The HC value in the middle school mathematic education means both culture and personality, that is a ideal education value. The HC value in the middle school mathematic education represented some face as fbllowings: Grasping the essence through the phenomenon, bung up student the physical Weltanschauung. Highlighting the processor around the result, taking student tosense searching spirit. Giving attention to form and content, holding student to strength taste consciousness. Closing to mathematics and education, developing humanity; perfecting personality.The HC value in the middle school mathematic education has four characteristics: richness, latency, phases and particular emphasis. 4. Architecture of HC is the tendency of the middle school mathematics education revolution.The architecture of HC in the middle school mathematic education is a complex system engineering. First, changing the education conception and reforming the relate systems are the requirement of this time. Teaching content and teaching method are the biggest bottle-neck constrained to construct the HC value, because that content contains the HC value and method helps to reveal the HC value. Teacher's diathesis is the key point to implement the architecture of HC. Therefore we must hard to prompt teacher's diathesis.
