The Analysis And Design Of The Computer Assistant Education System

The application of computer technique is wider and wider. According to the envirousment in our state, the few software is on teaching and test."The computer assistant education system" is a system that it can provide the user with a plateform that can develop and manage and use the CAI software, it is applied in the universities. The teacher can use the system to make the multimedia soure materal on teaching and testing. The students can use the system to learn and examin themselvesanytime, and give out their homeworks and some else information to their teachers. This paper introduces the designing scheme of the database and the process that this system is operating on Windows plateform. The system is used the method of object-oriented design. Its developing tool is Powerbuider7. 0 and application database is sybase. The system has some features: the visual development; using OLE; doing with multimedia material; making and testing; convenient forretrieving; seting the concept dictionary; easy to use. This paperemphasises on the developing technique in the system and introduces thetheories.
