The non-paper test has been carrying out to take the place of the traditional manual test method with computer technology, and this is an active research field in computer technology within the recent years. For computer courses, especially some practical courses, the traditional test method can merely test students' logical reasoning ability and calculating ability, while can not check the students' practical ability effectively. But the non-paper test method not only overcomes the disadvantage of the traditional test method, but also makes the test process more automatic and scientific.The issue discusses the significance of the research, main contents and application foreground of test system. The principal target of the system is to carry out the automatic score evaluation of the computer operation correctly and efficiently. Furthermore, the score evaluation sub-system is the most significant and the most difficult part in the whole system so the design method and the corresponding technology of score evaluation sub-system are expounded in detail.The performance of this system completely solves the file format limit in word process system in the procedure of score evaluation, and gives out the realization plan of computer evaluating scores on the application software operation of the office automatic system.
