Chinese Is Educated And Trained With The Individual Character

The 21st century is an age that urgently need characteristic talents .The fundament for individualeducation already becoming the guide thought in educating development and reform in all over the world. Because of suffering to more than two thousand years Confucianism of the governance position that thinking much of colony and despising individual, and implementation of exam-oriented education which make a point of the score, not make a point of the" character, So Chinese education have already become to the education lack of the character in our country. Therefore, how to proceed the character train in the Chinese educator have already become the problem to urgently to consider.Seting out the relationship between the Chinese education and character training, this text discusses actuality lack of individual in Chinese education nowadays, and the importance and meaning of proceeding character training in the Chinese education, then from cognitive factor and non-cognitive factor or both ,we discuss in the Chinese education the specific contents of character training, then point out some measures to proceed individual character trainsin Chinese education, from the methods, paths, modes, means, a fewaspects of evaluations. Finally pointing out to be a language teacher of the concrete operation, we should have some aspectsof character and quality which fulfill the individual character trains in the teaching.
