By carrying out the investigation on the current situation of writing attitude of the junior school students, including aspects such as writing habit, the extent of the attention, basic writing accomplishment, etc., we find that students at this stage have great differences in writing interest, writing level and writing habit. These differences that cause the differences of the psychological individual character of writing mainly stem from the differences between individuals, i.e. the difference on personality, makings, interest and ability. To my opinion, though psychological difference of individual character for writing is an irrefutable fact, it should not become the factor that influences or perplexes the development of students' writing. It should impel the writing of the junior school student from the passive exercise, taking an entrance examination for the composition to move towards the writing of individual character through the teacher's correct guidance so that we can promote the development to educate individually. To achieve this goal, joint efforts of both sides of teachers and students are needed. For this reason, in this thesis, based on some analyses to the psychological difference of junior school student's individual character, I emphatically try to explain how to form atmosphere of writing and what is self-cultivation of individual character. And I also try to help the junior school student to grasp the training direction of the writing of individual character and training method by the creation atmosphere of the overall environment of the school, the construction of exchange atmosphere, the competition atmosphere and the student's training of how to form individualized observation, reading, thinking, writing habit, etc. And then we can probe into the answer what outstanding ability a teacher should have during the training of the junior school student's individual character for writing. In conclusion, I think the answer is the guidance varied from each individual, diversified correction, technical comment, and continuous praise.
