Ideal management and humanistic management are two types of basic models in teacher management. They are conflict and accommodative. Teacher management develops from conflict to accommodation. Restricted by the two-factor thinking model, we've paid attention only to its conflict side, while neglecting its other side .It has done harm to our management both in its theory and practice. Based on the analysis of their characteristics and causes, this paper explains the necessary conditions and ideas in their accommodation and argues how we can accommodate them academically and practically. This paper consists of five chapters, which crosses and goes forward one by one. Chapter one explains briefly the contents of ideal management and humanistic management and their originalities. Chapter two analyses the conflict of the above two types of management, especially their seven kind of characteristics, ends by summing up synthetically their causes. Chapter three expresses the accommodation of the above two types of management. In this part, this paper does a deep and detailed research on the necessity of the accommodation of the two types of management and their traits as well. From the opposite point of view, this paper puts forward its own opinions about some inundant thoughts of humanistic management. Chapter four argues philosophically and valuably from conflict to accommodation of the two types of management. Chapter five discusses the problem of blending the above two types of management into the practice of teacher management.
