Village Community Leader: An Analyses On Forming Of Rural Entrepreneur Human Capital

From the viewpoint of human capital theory, I look the village community leaders as the rural entrepreneur human capital. The county entrepreneur human capital, which is idiosyncratic human capital at the village level, takes positive and active effect in economic organization changes in village-level community. They are local leadership. According to the duality of structure theory of the Anthony Giddens, together with the investigation material, we take methods of the sociology to analyze the forming of the rural entrepreneur human capital. In this paper, there are four parts.In this first part, I bring up the thesis and explain the concept on the summary of research on the forming of the entrepreneur human capital, which have been made. In the second part, I explain the duality of structure theory, as well as human capital and social capital in this theory, which is for the following theoretical analysis on the forming of the rural entrepreneur human capital. In the third part, on the above theory, together with investigation material, I discuss the individual characteristics of the rural entrepreneur human capital, changes of rural economic organization by the leadership of rural entrepreneur human capital and the forming of this human capital. Finally, I come to the conclusion.
