It' s an age for the people who have high creative and practical anility. As breakthrough of the quality education, the mathematical curriculum reform of foundational education must face up to the age' s demands. How to take on and spread out the mathematical contents, how to embody the quality education' s requiring, are a critical problem that the new phase mathematical curriculum reform will deal with. Mathematical modeling which has the unique charming embodies the spirit of the mathematical creative education. So based on the researching of mathematical modeling senior middle school as a beginning research of the taking on way of curriculum content, the author expects to provide a referential thoughts and source mathematical for the mathematical curriculum reform.In this present thesis, both comparison-analyzing and case-analyzing method are used. Firstly, the author draws out the topic from the realistic background and the present curricula background. Then the author did the further research on mathematical modeling in senior middle school theoretical . From the above work, at last the author initially studies the curricula form of mathematical modeling and also systematically studies how to design mathematical modeling in the curricula environment. However, from the way of mathematical modeling, many problems, such as compilation of the new teaching materials, the training of the teachers of mathematics and mathematics teaching are discussed.In the preface, the importance and the necessity of mathematical modeling research is explained under the background of curriculum reform.In the first part, by using comparison-analyzing method, the author .shows how shows activities of mathematical modeling is carrying out in China and outside China, pointing out that it is necessary to introduce mathematical modeling into senior mathematics curriculum.In the second part, through the researching of relationship between the feature, educational value of mathematical modeling and the opening problem, the author draws a conclusion that mathematical modeling, as the an aspect of problem solving, is easier to cause a learner' s accommodation.In the third part, the author initially probes into the position and the function of mathematical modeling in senior mathematics.In the fourth, the principle strategy and method of designing of mathematical modeling is systematically discussed.In the fifth part, the stress lays on the compilation of the senior mathematics teaching material, mathematics teachers' training and the senior mathematics teaching.In the sixth part, the author gives out some questions which much further work need to be done in future.
