Diathesis education , innovation education are being attached impotrance to by huge teaching stuff more and more , are becoming the artery of age education, Facing the knowledge economy and information economy, we must reform our current education, only we do so we can meet the need of age's development,,o we can bring up high diathesis person with abbility. The main channel of education reforming is in classroom, how to carry out our innovation education's idea in 45 minutes? Facing this puzzle , project-learning bring dawn and hope to us. Popularizing project-learning in middle-school has very important meaning in cultivating the student's sweet ideation , The abbility of problem-analyzing and problem-solving, the abblity or consciousness of initiative learning and initiative innovation, boosting the education reforming in middle-school and the diathesis education of middle-school's maths oBased on the research into what the project-learning is , what the mathmatic project-learning is and the theory of project-learning ( chatpter 1,2), this paper summarizes the basic approach, basic content, teaching form of project-learning in middle-school in chapter 3 and chapter 4. Under the educational thought of base root to student, dig the matterial which can be project-learning in our teaching material ( chapter 3 ) ; Based on problem-sloving , mathematics modelling and opening teaching , put project-learning into practice ; The interposition of modern multimedia teaching,made the means and mode of teaching abundant, using the powerfuf abbility of calculate and alternation, the students have more wider space of research, among these, ,sketchpad is the commissary (chapter 4) .
