At present, China is currently promoting a new socialist countryside, we need a large number of "adequate theory, Perfect practice skills, acquired retain "high-quality agricultural vocational talents. This resulted in the training of higher vocational education in agriculture is faced with new challenges. Higher agricultural vocational school students on how to further improve diathesis education effect, which factors affect, and how to affect are researched.The whole paper is arranged as follows: The first chapter introduces selected topic background, the research goal, the method, the content, and carries on the limits to the correlation concept. The second chapter analyzes the current conditions of diathesis education in Agricultural Vocational School Students by technology education and ideological and political education. The third chapter analyzes macroscopically factors on technology education in economic analysis. The fourth chapter based on the analysis of agricultural college students' ideological and political status quo and the education related, adopting such methods as ideological and political pedagogy, dissemination science, psychology, "participate in" theory, "participate in" research methods, and this article makes a relatively complete analysis on the main factors that influences the effect of ideological and political education. These main factors include such respects as educators and agricultural college students, education content, education methods and education environment, etc. The results showed that although these factors on the ideological and political education of higher agricultural vocational school students will have a major impact on the results, however, the factors were not significantly different. The ideological and political influence played a decisive role in the education process is the main factor in education. Finally, in the fifth chapter, the paper proposed to enhance ideological and political education of higher agricultural vocational school students the effect of specific measures: (1) Strengthen the ideological and political education, science and technology teaching and the quality of humanities education, put political and ideological education in the first place is to do a good job and the basic protection of higher agricultural vocational school quality education; (2) optimize the educational environment is very good vocational school students the importance of diathesis education; (3) to enhance diathesis education in the agricultural vocational school building is the key; (4) The means of a good system of agricultural vocational high schools is a powerful guarantee for the diathesis education.
