The article argues human tourist resources HTR which are very important and rare course resources and its significance to history teaching in High school under the another reform of fundamental educational course. The documents and investigations show that history teachers pay no sufficient attention to human tourist resources and don't apply it enough at the present history teaching in High School. The article expresses that it is very necessary for history teachers to realize that the HTR is very important necessary feasible and urgent in the process of history teaching in High School 'and, as a kind of course resources, to understand and pay attention to HTR with which history textbook will connect in history teaching process . Jt can make students master basic history. What's the most important is to faster students' creativity and human quality through students' own experience and study to improve history teaching further in High School, also it is conducive to improve the quality of local tourist. According to the significance of HTR in history teaching in High School .The article points out that history teachers should act scientifically and representatively with purpose and flexibility in practice, The best way is with the help of computer-assisted instruction. The teachers can apply HTR in their classroom teaching practice with the help of different kinds of teaching courseware, visiting history tourist and net-study . Its' the writer's hope that the task discussed in this article will be valuable to history teaching in High School by applying HTR with its guiding meaning and reference.
