| It is an important subject to combine the basic education system with the reality of the nation and the regional education, to make the variety and oneness of basic education work smoothly. British regional basic education system is very enlightened to us. The paper will analyze the important reason to form the difference of regional education from the nation's background, education legalization, political system and the development in education history. Based on the above reason, the paper will compare and analyze horizontally the education administration system, school governor system, school curriculum management, examination system, school finance & property, teacher management of the British regional basic education system; and it will find the trend of centralization and decentralization of British basic education, and make an insight the combination of variety and oneness, seeking the common point between the basic education of china and British.
