Study On Theory & Practice Of Variety Of Higher Educational Investments

The shortage of investment of higher education in China has deprived many young people of the rights to enter the university. The dissertation consisting of four parts centers on how to resolve the investment shortage and makes an inquiry into the countermeasures of variety of higher educational investments.The first part is mainly on the purpose, significance and researching means of the dissertation; the second part expounds the principals and theories of variety of higher educational investments concisely, then summarizes the existing condition and problems of the higher educational investment; the third one puts forward means of raising the investing efficiency and making up for the investment lack, mainly is on the elaboration of the latter. The last part of the dissertation is on the countermeasures of how to implement the variety of higher educational investments, in which the law mechanism, encouraging mechanism, finance aiding mechanism are the keys.In order to fulfill the 2010 higher education target of raising the rate of enrollment of higher education to 15% with enlarging scale and higher quality, the problem of investment shortage of higher education must be settled. The dissertation advances the views on how to solve the investment shortage and how to ensure the implementation of variety of higher educational investments.
