A Study On Middle School Class Moral Educational Management

This thesis is a study on moral educational management in middle school class. According to present existing problems, by the way of experience induction, material proof, questioning investigation, interview, etc, this thesis puts forward some measures to solve the existing problems. The purpose is to research the new methods of class moral educational management to improve effectiveness and to make class moral education management more scientific direction.On the basis of material collecting, interview and investigation, this thesis induces existing problems in moral educational management, carries out analysis of the problems which the experience summaries of the excellent teachers in charge of class, it puts forward an "five steps cycle" model which is adaptable to current situation of class moral educational management. This is preliminarily proved by the practice of excellent teachers in charge of class. It has been initially successful. This research leads to the conclusions. It is one of the effective ways of reinforcing middle school moral education to establish a management model which is adaptable to current situation and to perform educational management orderly and scientifically.The author, according to the research and conclusion, puts forward several suggestions:1. From the point of school managers, class moral educational management should be put into the school moral education management systems and the guidance of class moral educational management should be strengthened.2. From the point of teachers in charge of class, education ideas should be updated; better scientific moral educational management systems should be established; moral educational management's process should be intensified; and its evaluation method should be improved.3.Bring the roles of majority student's moral education into full play and put the moral education into full practice.4.Keep in touch with families and society, and conform the family education with school education.5.Strengthen the study on moral education furtherly, especially the class moral education work...
