The university moral-education's item lies in raising person's morality and character, and making the educated form moral habits. So that individual can promote moral qualities. The pattern of moral-education in our country has made significant development in the implementation process and has achieved great results. Undeniably, as the new world situation and our country economical political realm reform thoroughly in new era, the realistic moral education produced a number of issues: The political complexion is thick, moral way blindly along the lines of Intellectual way, always use a simple model like classroom indoctrination. Lack of practice make Preach become apparent,comprehension become dogmatic, conversion become mechanical and action become fragmentary. In order to get out of this predicament, the moral of education needs to be built and improved urgently.The application of practice moral education pattern in colleges and universities can not be carried out without considering the research in effectiveness; moral-education management and moral-education technology are two important factors affecting the effectiveness of it. This paper focuses on analyzing the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of practical moral-models pattern from management perspective, and proposes solutions on this basis to make it can be targeted to reflect the levels and stages of students in the moral-education, which could train the students' imitativeness, creativity and aggressiveness.The vitality of moral-education lies in its ability to face the word, reflect and melt into the reality. Moral-education pattern changes the concept through participating in social life in time. There is a clear practical reality orientation. Firstly, this paper introduces the management analysis background of the practical moral-education pattern, then demonstrate the value of the research of practical pattern both from the theory and practice, the third part of the paper uses system analysis method to rebuild various elements of moral-education pattern of the college students .on this basis, it also use the strategic analysis method of management to analysis the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of practical moral-education pattern . Researching it with the management's vision and methods, we can deepen the goals of the moral education as well as broaden the content of it, reform the means of the moral education and enrich the practical path. The intention of bringing forward a problem is to solve the problem; the last paragraph of this article is to solve the existed problems in practice moral-education pattern. This paragraph mainly uses the methods of management as follows: objective management, organizational management, process management, resource management, mechanisms and systems management and so on. Striving to make practical moral-education pattern standard, institutional and enhance it's effectiveness.
