Today, "teacher as researcher" has been taken as the mutul aim and heart contents of teacher's professional development by many countries.This study reports the results of research into the professional development and career satisfaction of a sample of 251 teachers in six schools.In this article, I consider these issues by focusing specifically on "teacher as researcher".The outcome of this investigate shows that we have maken a great progress in teacher's professional development,and at the same time as these changes are being made,there are several problems which will hinder teachers'continual development. The main problems are consist in two aspacts.The first is teacher's professional emotion is generally scarce.The second is the factors that influence teachers' professional development are not satisfactoryIn this article, I suggest that the educate administration strengthen the function of service to the teacher,and the principals propose organization study in the school,while the teacher's educate organization and its' teachers strengthen the associate to the primary schools.
