Thisapproach has the employment distribution unit stability for schools and students, toenterprises with a stable labor input. Effectively improve the contradiction of schoolenrollment of distribution, enterprise labor personnel shortage. Orders of talent trainingpattern is to develop according to the needs of enterprise talent, according to cultivate theability of job of docking, according to the typical tasks to establish the course system,according to the quality education of vocational literacy development, and therefore morepertinence and practicability, has greatly promoted the development of the secondaryvocational education; but some secondary vocational schools in carrying out "there are alsosome problems and contradictions in the process of practice of orders of talent training.
